I'm excited to announce I will be assisting Dan Ballard for our second annual Encore Workshops. These photography workshops are a collaboration between Dan and myself to address the popularity of these events and our mutual appreciation of finding and photographing locations that are not the common or typical. These truly are Unique Landscape Photography Workshops and are certain you will love your experience. Dan and I have traveled around the globe together and photgraphed easily 300 or more days side by side.
Meet The Team
Dan Ballard
Internationally Known Travel and Landscape Photographer, Dan is a master teacher, lecturer and general awesome guy. Born and raised small town Colorado, Dan takes with him these humble beginnings into his workshops and classroom events where he is down to earth approachable and will help with any question you have. His eye for the landscape is among the top in the industry and loves sharing his passion with all whom he works with.
Joseph Roybal
Joseph Roybal's passion and love of travel and the outdoors is what drew him to photography over ten years ago while living overseas. Upon his return to the United States his passion for rugged and off the beaten path travel and documentary style photography was a little more challenging to come by pushing him to seek out another style he could attach himself to. After meeting Dan Ballard and realizing how to blend his passion of the outdoors with photography this new avenue was born.
Nicole Albrecht
Dan's co-conspirator and full-time partner in crime, Nicole handles all things web, workshop logistics, marketing and making sure mission control at Dan Ballard Photography runs smoothly. She is a wearer of many hats and loves a great cup of tea and taking it easy as much as bombing down a hill at full-speed on her mountain bike.
